This 630 mm 2 heads 2 sides heavy duty wide belt sander is designed for calibrating 2 ft width solid wooden board, particle board, MDF board and multiply plywood, etc. If you want to find a double side sander to calibrate your board instead of your planer machine, this is a good choice for your products. It can sand two sides of the board every time the board passes through the sanding machine. This machine has big motor power and big steel contact rollers. It is very easy to remove large volume of material to make the panel be flat enough but not smooth enough. So it is only used for rough sanding with rough sandpaper. (40-60 grit sandpaper can be used in this sander.)
